Sheikh chillee was a foolish and lazy boy,living with his mother. His father had passed away. His mother was a poor woman. She used to work in the homes of other people to earn money for herself and her son. Sheikh Chillee roam around all the day without any purpose.
All the time he would make plans in his mind that he would study and work hard to become a rich man and his mother would not work at other's houses. But it was just a dream . His mother advised him to work hard to be successful in his life but he did not act upon her mother's advice.
After the passage of some time his mother became very old and was unable to do work hard due to sickness. One day she said to her son ," My son i am old now and i cannot work hard anymore and you will have to start a job now so that i can get you married. When Sheikh Chillee heared about his marriage he said "mother don't worry Allah will give us a lot of money. His mother replied that Allah gives wealth to those who work hard in life. He told to his mother" Mother im not hesitant of doing hard work but you tell me what of job can i do?
Mother told him to go out and meet the people,i am sure that you will find a good job.
Sheikh Chillee promised his mother to earn money and decided to find a good job. When he reached in Bazaar ,he saw a man who was calling aloud "i need a worker" Is there anyone who would like to work for me. Sheikh was pleased to hear and went to that man and said "Yes sir ,i will do work for you. What is the job? The man replied that you will have to carry bucket of milk to my home and for this i will give you ten rupees.
Sheikh Chillee became exited and carry the
bucked of milk on his head and started to follow the man.
Sheikh Chillee was thinking about the ten rupees. He was thinking in his mind that he will give five rupees to his mother and from the remaining five rupees i will buy two eggs and then i eill get those eggs hatched by hens. When the chicks will hatch out they will grow into hens after few weeks and then they will also lay eggs. So i will again get those eggs hatched into more chicks and that is how i will have many hens. I will sale those hens and will buy a goat and when the goat will give birth to kids, i will have a lot of goats. And later i will sale those goats and will buy a buffalo. Then the buffalo will give milk and will also give birth to calves. Soon i will have a herd of cattle and i will start trading of these cattle to earn a lot of money. I will build a beautiful house in wich i will spend a comfortable life with my pretty wife.
When Sheikh Chillee was still dreaming about his success,he shoke his head in pride and the whole bucket of milk spilled on the ground
When the man saw the spilled milk he yelled" you fool! What have you done? Look at the loss you have me . Sheikh Chillee replied that you are crying over your little loss,where as my whole house has gone.
