The interesting story is for children. Story is about greedy king whose name was Midas. He has a daughter whose name was Mary gold.
The king was the owner of gold more than any other king in the world.
His one room was filled with gold coins.
King was very fond of gold that he began to admire gold more than any thing.
One day he was counting gold coins in his room of gold. A fairy appeared there She said," if i promised to grant you one wish ,what would you say for? The king said," Everything which i touch should turn into gold.

The fairy disappeared. Next day king woke up Early in the morning and touched the bed . the bed turned into gold. Then touched the table . Table turned into gold. His magic gift turned every thing to glittering gold. Then king was very much excited to see all of this. He went down to have his breakfast.
As soon as he touched the food, all the food turned into gold. Therefore he was unable to eat any thing. His love little daughter came running in from the garden . The king kissed her forehead. The little girl bacame a statue.
King called the fairy. Next moment fairy appeared before him. The king bogged her ," Please take my all the gold and give me back my daughter only" The fairy said," collect the water from spring in your garden and sprinkled it on those things you have touched.
The king filled a pitcher of water. He first sprinkled this water on his little daughter. She became real Mary gold again. He touched all the things to turn into their original condition. He did not wish for the gold again .
